Concierge Laundry Service

Keep your business running smoothly with our optional in-house towel and linen laundry service.

This service is available exclusively to participating De Luce Suites tenants and is designed to save you time while ensuring your towels and linens are fresh and ready for your clients.

How It Works

  1. Submit your laundry service request.

  2. Our team will contact you to confirm your service and add you to the laundry schedule.

  3. Receive your De Luce Laundry Bag.
    You'll be provided with a designated De Luce laundry bag based on the bag size and service package you selected.

  4. Laundry Pickup
    Place your designated laundry bag outside your suite every Saturday for pickup.

  5. Laundry Return
    Your freshly cleaned towels and linens will be returned to your suite every Monday.

  6. Payment
    Payment is due at the time of pickup and may be made by cash or Zelle.

Laundry Guidelines

  • Please use only your assigned De Luce laundry bag.

  • Do not overfill your bag.

  • Only towels and approved linens are accepted.

  • Personal clothing and non-business items will not be laundered.

  • Please notify us of any special washing instructions requests before beginning your first service.
